What you will find

Real gas fireplaces, project by project

This portfolio brings together the gas fireplaces we have designed, made and installed. These are not catalogue images: every photo is of one of our jobs, in flats, houses, hotels and restaurants, and every project has its own page with all the pictures.

We have sorted them by type. Room-sealed gas fireplaces keep the fire behind glass and vent the gases vertically, horizontally or with a fan-assisted flue; open (atmospheric) ones leave the flame open to the room. In both groups you will find front-facing, corner, three-sided, see-through and peninsula formats.

Look too at what surrounds the fire: made-to-measure iron bookcases and furniture, benches, plasterboard niches or marble fronts. If you first want to understand how they work, we explain it in gas fireplaces: types and installation; if a project suits you, ask us for a quote and mention it.

Behind glass

Room-sealed gas fireplaces

Closed with glass, they draw air in and send the gases out through ducts, vertically, horizontally or with a fan-assisted flue. That is why they suit houses and flats alike. Here are the front-facing, corner, three-sided and peninsula models we have installed.

Room-sealed gas stoves with horizontal flues

Room-sealed gas stoves installed in two homes. This type of stove can vent horizontally, straight through the outside wall, which makes it a good option where there is no chimney or way to run a pipe up to the roof.

Open flame

Open (atmospheric) gas fireplaces

No glass, with the flame in contact with the air in the room: the option closest to an open fire. Linear, see-through, over water or built into iron bookcases, in homes, hotels and restaurants.

How we work

How a project like these comes together

Every project in this portfolio followed the same path, from the first sketch to the first fire.

  1. Initial design

We look at the space, listen to what you want and suggest the type of fireplace, the format and the finishes, with drawings when the project calls for them.

  2. Preparation

We organise the making of the made-to-measure parts, logistics, permits and the work schedule so that everything arrives on time.

  3. Installation

We fit the fireplace and its flue with certified installers, following current regulations.

  4. Finishing touches

We finish the cladding, furniture and details. Once we are done, all you have to do is light the fire.

Room-sealed or open

What sets the two types apart in these projects

Both burn natural gas or LPG, with no smell or ash. What changes is the glass, the flue and the feel of the fire. The table sums up what you will see in the photos; the full explanation is on the gas fireplaces page.
